Occupation is on a Life Right basis. The village is set among lovely gardens, lawns, trees, a lake and a property where one can walk and exercise in safety to enjoy this beautiful natural ambience amongst the abundance of bird life.
There is a monthly levy of R8000 which includes the following:
*Supply of water from the borehole
*Municipal rates and taxes.
*Insurance on the exterior structure of the cottage.
*Maintenance on the exterior of the cottage.
*10 meals a month (lunches) - other meals are available at a fee.
*Weekly laundry service, gardener, cleaner, refuse disposal.
*Emergency call button service.
*Some services from the Frail Care Unit - other services are available at a fee
